Everest Academy Collaborates with Local Businesses to Offer Extracurricular Programs
At a time when many schools are cutting
extra-curricular programs, Everest Academy of Lemont, Illinois continues to
grow its robust program of after-school activities and clubs with the help of
local businesses. The program offers an outlet for creative expression and
intellectual growth that reaches beyond traditional school hours, and saves
parents from extra driving time with one convenient location. The growing list
of over ten after-school activities and clubs are open to both students and
children in the local community. New additions this spring include Art, Dance,
and a preschool dance class.
Driven by Everest Academy’s mission of Integral
Formation and motto of “Always Higher,” the after school programs offer
students the opportunity to develop leadership skills to serve the community. Many of the school’s extracurricular

Everest Academy offers many after-school activities and clubs, including:
Chess Club, Challenge, Conquest, Basketball, Knights
of the Altar, Polish Classes, Drama Club, Student Council, as well as music
lessons in Voice, Piano, and Violin. Here are some highlights from Chess Club and Martial Arts this month!

Everest Academy is pleased to announce our After School Activities for Fall 2011.
**Please note that this is an updated version of the one that was distributed at Parent Orientation.
Major changes are listed below:
Corrected Fees:
- Piano Lessons are $22 / per session ($176/8 wks)
- Voice Lessons are $20/ per session ($160/8 wks)
New Activity:
Choir: Thursdays 3:15-4:15pm (with Mrs. Joanna DiSabato) $10/ per session ($80/8 wks)
Registration Forms are available in the Front Office. If you would like any information to be sent home with your child, please let the Front Office know and we would be happy to send it to you.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for making Everest Academy a reality. With the aid of the Holy Spirit, may we touch the lives of many people and bring to our community the joy of knowing and loving Jesus Christ. Spend some time with Jesus every Thursday, after morning Mass 7:45am
