Farewell Fr. Matthew

On July 3rd, families and friends of Everest Academy gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John and Mary DeRoche to celebrate Independence Day and to send Fr. Matthew Kaderabek, our school chaplain for the past 8 years, off to his new assignment with a bang! After being entertained by Fr. Matthew's singing some of his favorite show tunes, everyone enjoyed the food, fellowship and fireworks.  The event was also a great opportunity for the alumni of White Pines/Everest to reconnect.

We wish Fr. Matthew all the best as he begins his new assignment at our sister school, Pinecrest Academy, near Atlanta, Georgia.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for making Everest Academy a reality.
