Volunteer Training- September 11, 2012

ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS!


Thank you for generously donating your time to support our school.

We will be holding a
Volunteer Orientation Meeting
Tuesday, September 11th from 8:15-8:45am in the Cafeteria
This will be an opportunity for you to learn about volunteer procedures, as well as ask specific questions about various volunteer opportunities.


PLEASE NOTE: For the safety of our children and as
mandated by the Archdiocese of Chicago, all volunteers 18 or older are required to do the following:
  1. Attend the class "VIRTUS: Protecting God's Children"
  2. Agree to a background check 
If you are already certified, please submit a copy to the front office.

For your convenience, we will be holding a VIRTUS class next 
 Tuesday, September 11th from 9:00-11:00am

1.    To register, please go to virtusonline.org
2.    Click on Registration to create a username and password.
3.    Select the Archdiocese of Chicago and then search by date (Sept 11) and location (Everest).
4.    If you are unable to attend this morning session, there are many other options at local parishes (e.g., St. Cyril's in Lemont on Sept 18 at 6:30pm). Choose the location/day/time that best suits your schedule.

Please note that you must pre-register BEFORE attending any VIRTUS class.
