Join in celebrating National Catholic Schools Week

Catholic schools across the nation are celebrating this special week under the theme "Raise the Standards." Here, at Everest Academy, we have several activities planned for students and families. Thank you to our school community for helping us to live our school motto: "Semper Altius - Always Higher", a perfect compliment to this year's theme of raising standards!
Please visit us this Sunday, January 25th from 1-4pm.... and bring a friend!
Everest students pray for and compete to support Seminarians
Everest Academy students have been using National Vocations Awareness Week as an opportunity to pray for local seminarians, as well as to raise money to support their education.

· Theme: Apostolic/Service “Raise your Neighbor”
· Dress Code: Casual Dress Day (Students are permitted to wear jeans and presentable casual clothing; t-shirts with emblems are not permitted)
· Main Activities:
· Living your Faith: Serving Your Neighbor (each class will work on their class apostolate)
· Secret Angels (serving your classmate)
· 7/8th grade will attend NET Retreat

· 6:00-9:00pm | Family Fun Night: Jumpy Night in the Gym

Everest Academy Spelling Bee

Lower School Contest begins at 8:15am
Middle School Contest begins at 10:00am
Parents are welcome to attend our school Spelling Bee for grades Kindergarten -
8th Grade. In-class competitions will be held January 14-16th. The top 2
or 3 students from each class will go on to the School Spelling Bee to be held
Friday, January 18th. The overall winner of the middle school competition
will go on to compete in the regional (and possibly national) competition.

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for making Everest Academy a reality. With the aid of the Holy Spirit, may we touch the lives of many people and bring to our community the joy of knowing and loving Jesus Christ. We thank Our Mother Mary for her help and ask for her continued care and protection. Amen.

Lean on Me Holy Hour
Spend some time with Jesus every Thursday, after morning Mass 7:45am
