Everest Academy Lemont Blog

Wet weather did not put a damper on Everest Academy Harvest Fest while 150+ persons were in attendance. Festivities began with pumpkin decorating-all kinds of crazy, creative and stylish pumpkins were made!  A real hit of course was the Jumpy!! Nonstop jumping securely supervised by Meagan and Pilli our coworkers; Sack races, games, piñatas that overflowed with treats, in less than three strong arm hits; a blazing indoor fire pit kept all cozy and warm. Delicious snacks and a special tasty guest…Arnold the pig gourmet style, was graciously served and enjoyed. A great time was had  by all at the Harvest Fest!

Thanks to all who worked to make this event possible and a great success: to the Bleka & Waligora families  for their generosity; to the Parents Association moms & dads for their flexibility & cheerful planning.

Something I learned:  You can always plan a great event, but God is in charge of how it
turns out…Thanks for all your love, support, & flexibility. Despite the rain, everyone came!
