ABOUT BR JUAN CARLOS VÁZQUEZ, LC                                         

Br Juan Carlos Vázquez was born in Madrid, Spain and joined the minor seminary in Ontaneda, Spain when he was 11 years old. He did his two years of novitiate in Bad Mϋnstereiffel, Germany, studied humanities in Salamanca, Spain, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy at the Legion’s Center for Higher
Studies in Thornwood, NY. He worked with boys’ clubs in New York from 2006-2008, and has been in Chicago since September 2008, working as formation instructor at Everest Academy and as assistant director for Chicago’s eight ConQuest Clubs. Br Juan Carlos comes from a family of five siblings, all of whom are consecrated to God:  both of his sisters are consecrated women in Regnum Christi, and all three brothers are Legionaries of Christ.
