After School Program Updates

Dear Parents and Staff,

Here are a few updates and reminders for your attention:

Procedures for Dismissal from After-School Programs  -- Drama, Polish, and Violin -- At the end of all after-school programs, including Pre-K after school programs, students will be walked to the school’s front door by their program teacher.  The program teacher will stay with the students and supervise them at the front door until all students have been picked up by their parents at the front door of the school.  If a parent is late, the after-school teacher will ask the office to phone a parent, and the program teacher will stay at the front door supervising students until all parents have picked up their children.

Mommy & Me – Everest Academy’s Mommy & Me class has been postponed.  If more interest is shown in the program, Mommy & Me may be rescheduled to start at a later date and to run at a different time.  We thank those who expressed an interest in the program and apologize for any inconvenience this change in plans may have caused.

Drama Club – Three documents pertaining to Drama Club’s production of Peter Pan are attached for your review:
1.       Things to Know – Information and details about how Drama Club will work
2.       Production Calendar – A calendar of important dates related to the Drama Club
3.       Audition Permission Form – This form needs to be completed and returned to the office by Friday, February 25th if your child plans to participate in Drama Club.
