Room Reservation Calendar

Dear Parents, Faculty, and Friends of Everest Academy,

Thank you for your ongoing support of our school and for all you do to help us live our motto: Semper Altius -- Always Higher.

We have many exciting initiatives underway at Everest Academy and many meetings occurring in our wonderful new school building.  Due to all of this activity we are implementing a room reservation procedure. 

Beginning today, we will maintain a Room Reservation Calendar.  If you need to use a school room for a daytime meeting, we ask that you contact Elise Pratt, Administrative Assistant to the Principal, at epratt@everestlemont.com or 630.243.1995 in advance of the meeting to reserve your meeting room.   (Please note that the room reservation procedure does not apply to use of the school gymnasium or after-school rental of meeting rooms.  Please continue to contact Dana Cosentino at dcosentino@everestlemont.com or 630.243.1995 to rent the gymnasium or other school rooms.)

If you, your committee, your club, or your organization have a standing or recurring daytime meeting, please contact Elise Pratt to make sure that the meeting is blocked off on our Room Reservation Calendar.

Our aim is for this new procedure to aid  Everest Academy in properly accommodating all who wish to use our facility for their important meetings.  We thank you for your cooperation.
